NYFPS provides distanced learning resources for teams to help them remain safely engaged in the program remotely. Our organization has been leveraging technology to enhance participants' experiences throughout this past decade, so we were able to quickly adapt to the unexpected global situation in 2020 and provide a smooth transition to offering the program virtually. We experienced minimal impact to our operations and moved quickly to assisting our participants' process of adaptation to doing FPS activities online (ranging from team meetings to CmPS projects). These resources will remain available for reference to help teams stay connected.
